For 2022, we are adding an additional 10 new installations at 5 sites along the Guadalupe River Trail from local artists and artist collectives.

Help us beautify the Rotary PlayGarden including planting a few new trees, several new plants, and some weeding! We will plant approximately 7 trees and 15 native plants, perform some weeding, and possibly pruning tasks in the PlayGarden's pollinator garden. Please note that:
- You must bring your own work gloves suitable for working in a garden, as we are unable to provide gloves at this time. Leather gloves are highly recommended!
- Please bring a full water bottle (water fountain onsite for refills)
This beautification workday is made possible through a partnership with One Tree Planted, a nonprofit focused on global reforestation.

Help us get the rose garden back in shape with weeding and planting! Please bring a full water bottle and work gloves. Chaperone required for those age 15 and younger. Please note there will not be restrooms available.

Come volunteer in the Historic Orchard!
These workdays will focus on litter removal in and around the orchard, pulling and removal of weeds, minor repairs to infrastructure, and generalized care and maintenance.
We will meet at the picnic area in between the Heritage Rose Garden and the Historic Orchard.
Please note that:
- You must bring your own work gloves suitable for working in a garden, as we are unable to provide gloves at this time. Leather gloves are highly recommended!
- Please bring a full water bottle (the water fountain will be unavailable for use at this time)
- The restrooms in the Rotary PlayGarden will be available starting at 10:00 a.m.
School groups or corporate teams must contact the volunteer coordinator to schedule events. The ticket limit is 3 per group.

From April 30 - May 8, 2022, San Jose Walls (formerly POW! WOW! San Jose) will be painting nine new murals at four different points along the Guadalupe River Park in downtown San Jose.
On this Mural Tour Ride, we have provided an open space gallery where we have been sharing behind the scenes stories of public art collections, artists conversations and experiences! Additionally, adding in fun facts of our city’s rich culture and history as this tour has been led by Juan Carlos Araujo; a working artist born and raised in San Jose managing multiple roles in that interweave the artistic culture in our city (Lead Director of SJ Walls, Owner of Empire Seven Studios, Co-founder of the JTown Artwalk, Arts Commissioner of D3).
